A silent disco is a unique event where participants dance to music listened to through wireless headphones rather than speakers. Each person can choose between multiple music channels, creating a personalized experience.

How does Surreal Silence work?

At Surreal Silence, we provide wireless headphones that connect to multiple channels of music curated by us. You can switch between these channels to listen to different genres, including the best hits from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. Just put on the headphones and start dancing! We do not have a standalone location but we are hosted at different venues each week.

What kind of music do you play?

We curate a diverse selection of top hits spanning multiple decades and genres. We’ve got something for everyone—Funk, Country, Pop, Hip Hop, Industrial, & more. We are always adding new songs to the queue.

How much do events cost?

Our ticket prices are currently $15, which includes the cost of one headset for the duration of the event. We strive to seek partnerships with venues that offer free cover and parking - or this will be stated otherwise in promotional material.
